Dart Communications was founded in 1994 for the specific purpose of creating quality components designed to support Internet communication development. Embarcadero / CodeGear (Tools & Components)

Embarcadero bought CodeGear in June, 2008, CodeGear was previously a division of Borland, making the Borland IDEs known as: Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder and Borland JBuilder.
