Product Download Verification

We need to verify some details before allowing the product to be downloaded.

For Product Upgrades:

Some publishers require that we verify your eligibility for some upgrades prior to them being downloaded or shipped. During the purchase process you will be asked to enter your previous serial number or product key (state 'None Supplied' if you do not have one). You will be notified by email when the verification process has been completed. Please note that the verification process is restricted to office hours.

For Products with Export or License Restrictions:
