Our prices include ComponentSource technical support and, for most downloadable products, an online backup and a FREE upgrade to the new version if it is released within 30 days of your purchase.  Please contact us if you require any licensing option not listed, including volume licensing and previous versions.

Licensing

ChartDirector Upgrade/Subscription/Subscription Renewal extends the software subscription period of the original license by 1 year, and increase the license version by 1. Please, note that the software subscription extension is calculated based on the date that your previous software subscription expired, not on the purchase date of the "ChartDirector Upgrade/Subscription/Subscription Renewal".

For example, if you purchased ChartDirector Ver 3.x on May-1-2008, you are entitled up to ChartDirector Ver 4.x, and the software subscription expires on May-1-2009. A "ChartDirector Upgrade/Subscription/Subscription Renewal" allows you to use up to ChartDirector Ver 5.x, and extends the software subscription to May-1-2010.
