Licensing
One software license is required per developer.
Runtime is Royalty free within the restrictions of the license which you have purchased.
Only the OEM License allows you to deploy outside your organization, all other licenses are for internal deployment only.
Single Developer License
For an individual developer with one development and one deployment machine. This license restricts you to deploy FusionCharts as part of your VB application on one physical machine only.
Includes 15 days support.
Professional License
For an individual developer who intends to use FusionCharts in unlimited VB applications that they build for themselves or their clients, as long as the application is not a commercial shrink-wrap product. Deployment on client machines is royalty free.
Includes 15 days support.
Enterprise License
For businesses having multiple developers (in one physical building), multiple clients and multiple deployment machines. Deployment on client machines is royalty-free. This license is suitable if you're an Enterprise developing custom software for yourself or clients with multiple development and deployment machines. All your developers need to be situated in ONE physical building.
Includes 30 days support.
World-Wide License
For businesses having multiple offices having multiple developers and serving multiple clients. Deployment on client machines is royalty free. This license is suitable if you've multiple development centers with developers at each location. You can have unlimited development and deployment machines under this license.
Includes 90 days support.
OEM License
For ISVs that sell packaged products built in Microsoft Visual Basic 6. This license allows you to embed FusionCharts as part of your commercial product (built in VB only) and then distribute to unlimited clients. The distribution is royalty free.
Includes 30 days support.
The OEM License is priced per product, with an annual renewal fee for usage and support. The annual renewal fee is applicable from the second year onwards.
Upgrade Policy
All license holders get free upgrades to v1.x and v2.x, as and when they are released.
