Encoder Wizard (file "Encoder Wizard2.ocx") fails to register when installing on to Windows 95 and Windows 98 (first edition) systems. Windows 98 (second edition) and later operating systems are OK.
This problem occurs with Wise Installation system and InstallShield, and also with "regsvr32.exe".
Does anyone have a solution?
