Return Policy

Peace of mind when you place an order with our 30-day return policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it provided that a properly completed and signed Return Request Form has been received, within 30 days of the order date, confirming that the product has been deleted or removed from all your systems and that any backup copies have also been destroyed.

When we receive your Return Request Form we will issue a refund based on your payment method as follows:

  1. We will issue a refund to the credit card, charge card or debit card used to purchase the product. OR
  2. Issue a Credit Note against any Bill or Invoice we have raised to refund the Credit Account used to purchase the product. OR
  3. In some circumstances we may issue an ‘in-store credit' equal to the amount paid for the product or to prevent potential abuse of this Return Policy we may refuse to issue the refund.

When the refund is issued we will also revoke or cancel the license originally issued to you and report this cancellation to the publisher of the product.

Please Note: We are unable to refund shipping charges or accept returns on:

  • Products containing source code, including Source Code Escrow Subscriptions
  • Microsoft products, MSDN subscriptions or renewals, unsealed or opened boxed products, CD or DVDs, plus one-off orders for products not on our main on-line catalogue
