Licensing

One License Required per Web Front End Server (WFE).

ComponentOne Studio for SharePoint includes 1 Year Subscription. This subscription entitles you to minor and major updates of the product during one year.

Your subscription starts the moment you purchase the product and will expire one year later at midnight 1 day previous to the date purchased. For example if you purchase at 16:00 on 04/05/2011 then your subscription will expire at 23:59 on 03/05/2012. This is from DATE OF PURCHASE, and not DATE OF REGISTRATION. If you wish to continue to receive updates for this product you will need to renew (or repurchase) your subscription.

Upgrade Price options: To qualify for upgrade pricing you will need an expired C1 Chart for Sharepoint Subscription License or a ComponentOne Studio or a Doc-To-Help License.

ComponentOne Platinum Support Subscriptions provide a full year of Telephone and Online Technical Support. ComponentOne Technical Support Engineers are available by phone Monday through Friday, except U.S. holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern,USA. Customers outside the USA, please remember to check your time difference for phone support.
