Licensing

One software license is required per developer.
Run-time royalty free.

Each individual who uses the Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards for development purposes must obtain a license to do so.
The license also grants a royalty free runtime license, which means you can include the Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards in your product and sell an unlimited number of copies of your product without a royalty fee. The only requirement is that one Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards License is aquired for each developer working directly with the Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards in an IDE, such as Visual Studio, Visual Web Developer, or similar.

Developer means an individual working directly with the Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards in an IDE (such as Visual Studio, Visual Web Developer Express or similar) is considered a developer.

Each developer is granted the right to install and use Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards on upto 4 (four) workstations (your work and home computer, laptop and a backup for example) used by that developer for development purposes. For licenses DEVELOPER, TEAM, WORKGROUP and ENTERPRISE you can deploy the Kalitte Dynamic Dashboards on unlimited domains, sub-domains and servers.

Subscription
All products upon purchase include 1 (one) year free subscription. Subscription includes product updates and technical support for this period.

Cross Product Edition Upgrade
Cross product edition upgrade (Standard to Professional) is not available.

Escrow Subscription: Your escrow annual subscription license will commence upon completion of a separate License Agreement. This Escrow License Agreement canl be downloaded after ordering and you should read it carefully before signing, to show your acceptance of the terms enclosed. Return the signed agreement to us and we will confirm our acceptance, by countersigning it and returning a copy to you. If you do not wish to sign the agreement, please contact our Customer Services department to cancel your Escrow Subscription order.
