Q: How can you guarantee that I will get support for the product?
A: All downloadable products are covered by ComponentSource Back-2-Back Support™. ComponentSource has legal agreements in place with all our product authors and publishers guaranteeing that you will be given support for any downloadable product that you purchase from us. Our Technical Support and Customer Service Team will help you get prompt service and answers to any questions you may have for the product publisher. If the author or publishers cannot fix the issue you have or provide you with an acceptable work around - we will give you a full refund for the product, provided you are no longer using any part of it, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Q: How do I register with the Publisher for Technical Support?
A: For every product purchased we automatically register all your details with the Publisher of that product so that you are covered for any technical support should you need it.

Q: I have just bought a full retail version of a product after having tried an evaluation version. Should I uninstall the evaluation?
A: In most cases yes, but be sure to read the documentation before you delete the evaluation setup kit as some kits will upgrade to the full retail version.
Q: Where is my serial number? Where are my installation instructions?
A: The ComponentSource Download Manager will have placed two files on your PC. The CSSetup.exe which contains the program files and a file called CSReadme.txt, this file will contain the serial numbers that you may need and any additional installation information. Your serial numbers are also saved in your order history. To view your order history, go to "My Account", logon and choose "My Orders" and from there you can view your serial numbers.
