Our prices include ComponentSource technical support and, for most downloadable products, an online backup and a FREE upgrade to the new version if it is released within 30 days of your purchase. The VIP Support Plans provide you with continued email support and automatic upgrades of your registered Sapphire products within the support plan period at no extra cost.
You will automatically be supplied with each and every upgrade released for your licensed products during your support period. At the end of your support duration, you will be invited to extend you support plan at the renewal time.
You will be eligible to enroll onto the support plan if you have purchased or upgraded one or more Sapphire Utilities within the past twelve months. The Support plan will cover all utilities purchased or upgraded within the last twelve months. This support will continue and will include periodic upgrades during the support plan's initial period and any subsequent renewals of this support plan.
VIP Support Plan customers will be given priority on any support issues or potential enhancements suggested.

Sapphire Mail Utility: Makes composing and reading emails easy by providing the following functionality:
- Create a new Pocket PC mail box
- Create a new email
- Attach a file to an outgoing email
- Read the contents of the inbox
- Extract the attachment from an incoming email
Sapphire IrDA Utility : Makes infra-red printing easy with the following functionality:
- Establish a connection with a IrDA enabled printer
- Print text to the printer
- Print new lines and form feeds to the printer
- Close the connection to the printer
Sapphire IMEI Utility : Enables you to record the device's International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IEMI) or International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) numbers. These numbers can be used to track what device and SIM card are being used by which user. It can also be used to ensure that the data on the device is kept unique by using the number as a device prefix within your data. The Sapphire IMEI Utility allows both the IMEI and IMSI numbers to be read from SmartPhone and PPC2002/2003 Phone Edition devices.
Shappire GZip Utility: Allows you to compress data on the server in gz format or a multi-file zip file, this can be decompressed on the client device once it has been downloaded. Alternatively, it could be used to compress certain parts of your data on the device if it isn’t being used frequently, giving the device more memory to operate with.
Sapphire FTP Utility : Gives you the ability to add file transfers and directory management with an FTP server to your application. The utility is fully compatible with eVB, VB.NET, C# and Microsoft Windows and allows you to rapidly add FTP functionality to your application. Features included:

- Transfer files in 1K chunks
- Change the remote directory

Sapphire Encrypt Utility: allows you to encrypt and decrypt both plain text and files on you mobile devices. You can simply encrypt the data by using a specified key and decrypt it on another device or server, or visa-versa. Includes the following functionality:
- Encrypt a plain text string using a specified key
- Decrypt a plain text string specifying the key
- Encrypt a file using a specified key
- Decrypt a file using a specified key
Sapphire Buttons Utility : Allows your application to identify if a button was pressed by the user. Based on what was pressed, you can perform a specific function or display a specific screen. It also helps your users aviod closing applications by accidentally pressing the button for one of the system applications. Includes the following functionality:
- Check what button is pressed
- Retrieve the button name
- Enable and disable system buttons
Sapphire Battery Utility : allows you to read the current battery level and inform the user whether the device will require recharging. This will ensure the user can plan ahead and keep the device charged up.
