Each license can be used on only one computer either at design time or runtime.

Fingerprint SDK 2009 Integrator License
Fingerprint SDK 2009 Integrator 150: The application using the SDK can be deployed on up to 150 machines
Fingerprint SDK 2009 Integrator 400: The application using the SDK can be deployed on up to 400 machines
Fingerprint SDK 2009 Integrator 1500: The application using the SDK can be deployed on up to 1500 machines
