I'm working now 1 year with pinEdit, using it as online wysiwyg editor in spanish language in a CMS Content Management System. My users conect from nearly all over the world. pinEdit is very stable, highly flexible, state of the art and fast loading. As you know, the Windows Installer Service is evolving everyday and we hope this scenario will improve.
