IBM Rational Team Concert is a team-aware software development platform. Rational Team Concert (RTC) enables developers to collaborate together using integrated Planning (with full support for Scrum), Source Control, Work Items, Build, Dashboards, Reports, and Process Support. Rational Team Concert interoperates with other products by providing Visual Studio integration and connectors for ClearCase and ClearQuest.

The following editions are available:

• Rational Team Concert Express - aimed at small teams of up to 50 developers - supports Tomcat and WebSphere Application Servers.
• Rational Team Concert Express-C - an introduction to RTC - includes 10 Developer Client Access Licenses for free with support for Tomcat Application Server only (Contributor users are unrestricted and available for purchase)
