Mangofile adds full audit trails

Mangofile is a simple to use application that can be connected to any Twain driven scanner. Paper documents can be scanned directly into Mangofile and then index/saved into the system, via an indexing criteria built by the user. Such criteria could be order number or a reference number followed by date and you can even add a personal note. Like each draw of a filing cabinet the system can have separate cabinets for certain business areas.

Updates in V5.0

• The ability to attach documents to documents that have already been scanned. They can also be attached anywhere in the original document
• Full audit trail by document and/or by cabinet.
• Emails can be attached to existing saved documents in Mangofile Synchronization, if you are working off line you can replicate back to the server when you re-connect to the server There will be improvements in the work flow and the web front end but this still under development
