DiscretePhoton H.264 Encoder is a highly parallel and low latency H.264 video encoder for your products and services. Its macroblock level parallelism utilizes the full power of your multi-core CPUs without penalty (such as quality, bit-size, and encoding-latency). DiscretePhoton H.264 encoder is provided as a DirectX Media Object (DMO) which can be used directly or in DirectShow environments. It supports up to 64 simultaneous threads but the actual number of threads is determined by the number of CPU-cores (or hyper-threads) of your system.

• New video format support - DiscretePhoton H.264 Encoder can now accept YUYV, UYUV, and RGB24 as input video format (as well as previous I420 and YV12)
• New Sample projects for C# in addition to the existing C++ samples
