Version 8.20 of dLSoft's label and form printing system adds support for Windows 7.
dLabel is a label and form printing system that allows you to print labels on single and multi-column labels, pages, and envelopes using any Windows-supported graphics printer. dLabel can use its own database to store data, or connect to ODBC data sources such as MS Access and Excel. Label/form layout is stored in a template file and includes text, sequence numbers, dates, checkboxes, lines, and pictures, plus a variety of shapes and OLE objects provided by other applications. Batch printing system allows large numbers of labels to be printed on demand. Pro version includes over 50 common 1D and 2D barcode types.
dLSoft developed from a software house created in 1988 for the specific purpose of creating barcode and labeling software and components for Microsoft Windows. Through the dLSoft range of products the company has been providing labeling applications and barcoding components for a range of Windows developer environments since Windows 2, including more recently a range of components for the .NET and CE.NET environments. In 2004 dLSoft expanded its activities to include Java components, and in 2005 a number of products for the Mac OS-X platform were released.
