Atalasoft DotImage updated to 9.0d

Adding annotations to a document with Atalasoft DotImage Document Imaging.

Atalasoft DotImage Document Imaging is an advanced document imaging imaging toolkit that can add advanced image viewing, editing, printing, scanning, and annotating support to an application. DotImage Document Imaging includes an imaging class library, a Windows Forms control library, an ASP.NET Server-Side Image Viewer, DotTwain for advanced TWAIN scanning, and DotAnnotate for advanced annotations. Full documentation is integrated into Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
