UltraEdit released

UltraEdit is a text, HTML and hex editor and an advanced PHP, Perl, Java and JavaScript editor for programmers. It's also an XML editor with a tree-style XML parser that supports disk-based 64bit file handling (standard) on 32bit Windows platforms (XP and later).
