Basic4android is a powerful Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool for developing Android applications. It has all the features needed to quickly develop native Android applications including a WYSIWYG visual editor, auto-complete, built-in documentation, step-by-step debugger and other advanced features. Basic4android compiles to native bytecode, no runtime libraries or other dependencies are required and it supports all Android phones and tablets from Android 1.6 to 4.x.
