Basic4android adds Conditional Compilation

Basic4android is a powerful Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool for developing Android applications. It has all the features needed to quickly develop native Android applications including a WYSIWYG visual editor, auto-complete, built-in documentation, step-by-step debugger and other advanced features.
