- Polar and Radar Charts - Both chart types are used to plot values in a 360-degree area and feature support for line, column, and area series.
- Edge Label Placement - Prevent series labels at the start or end of a chart’s axes from overlapping.
- Tooltip Showing Cell Text - When the content of a grid cell exceeds the width of the cell, the complete text will be displayed in a tooltip.
- Multi-selection Support - Multiple map elements can be selected at one time.
- Multiple Resources - Resources can be created in the schedule, enabling appointments to be grouped and sorted into categories. Individual appointments can be assigned multiple resources.
- Reminder Window - The reminder window can be used to display a custom notification of an upcoming appointment.
- Previous and Next Appointment Navigation - Tabs have been added to allow users to quickly navigate to the next or previous appointment in the schedule.

- Calculate Library - A high-performance calculation engine for use in Windows Store apps. It includes 405 formulas that can be used to add calculation support to objects by implementing the ICalcData interface. It can be used to manage multiple data-bound grid objects, and includes formulas that can reference values between grids, as well as cross-sheet ranges. When used with Essential XlsIO, developers can create worksheets with no dependencies on Microsoft Excel.

- Calculate Library - A high-performance calculation engine that supports more than 350 functions, including custom formula functions. It can manage multiple data-bound grid objects, or users can create formulas to reference values across multiple grids.
