ImageMan.Net is a set of 100% Managed .NET classes and WinForms controls for building imaging and document management applications in .NET. It supports reading and writing many image formats including TIFF, BMP, FAX, DIB, RLE, PCX, DCX, JPG, JPEG2000, PNG, GIF, WMF and EMF. The object oriented architecture simplifies development and includes high and low level functionality for quick development and ultimate control.

Acquiring an image with ImageMan.Net Twain.

Version 3.01 also adds support for Twain V2.0 and V2.1, plus samples for Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010.

The ImageMan.Net Twain toolkit is a set of 100% Managed .Net WinForms controls and classes for building applications capable of scanning and acquiring images from Twain compatible cameras and scanners. These lightweight managed controls allow applications to fully control Twain compliant scanners and cameras and returns image data as a.NET Bitmap object allowing it to be easily integrated into your applications.

ImageMan components are optimized for Windows and include support for loading, saving, displaying, printing, converting and processing (50+ special transitional effects with complete control over speed, granularity and more) images in more than 35 of the most common raster and vector formats (JPEG, TIFF, BMP, RLE, DIB, EPS, GIF, PNG, TGA, IMG, DXF, PCX, DCX). It also includes built-in database support for writing and reading image data from memory. Available as an ActiveX OCX and DLL for maximum compatibility with your environment.

The object oriented architecture simplifies development and ImageMan.Net includes high and low level functionality for quick development and ultimate control. ImageMan.Net includes samples in C#, Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET) for Visual Studio 2003, 2005 and 2008.

This is a maintenance release that includes the following changes:

New Deskew algorithm is faster and more accurate
Faster redraw speeds in the ImageMan Viewer control when using iannotations in the document edition
Fixed a bug which caused problems when rotating images with an axis > 32K in size
Fixed an issue with the DTI.ImageMan.Codecs.dll manifest file which caused a failure when deploying with Clickonce
