Virto Gantt View Web Part is a simple and effective tool for displaying SharePoint tasks in a Gantt chart. It's an easy way to include resource planning in SharePoint applications without having to install a full blown project management application such as Microsoft Project. Virto Gantt View Web Part displays task data from SharePoint lists in a way that conveniently presents all the relevant information in a single view.

Create, delete and edit tasks
Edit in-line without opening the task edit form
Supports summary and nested task milestones (indent and outdent)
Allows for group actions (delete, convert to indent/outdent)
