AppMetrics(R) provides visibility into the COM + 'black box'. It is designed for use in development, QA test and production environments and can link into existing Infrastructure Management software.
It has three primary sets of capabilities:
It is non-invasive, using the COM+ eventing system to collect the data and its own complex correlation engine to make sense of it all. It works in an operational and/or diagnostics mode, collecting, manipulating and coordinating fine grain detail about the flow of transactions through each component and method in the middle tier of your application. It is designed for the serious user, who is responsible for a mission critical business application.
Xtremesoft Support Policies
With the purchase of AppMetrics for Transactions, the following support is provided:
* Integrated on-line support
* 30 days of telephone support between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays)
* Electronic documentation and access to on-line FAQs and Support resources
* 30 days of email support, unless specified in a price quote, a contract or on your invoice
Annual Maintenance
Xtremesoft offers the following annual maintenance contract option:
* Integrated on-line support
* Telephone support 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST Mon-Fri (national holidays excluded)
* E-mail support
* Documentation and access to on-line support resources
* All maintenance upgrade licenses, unless specified in a price quote, a contract or on your invoice
