Developer Small Business License - A Developer Small Business Subscription licenses one (1) developer to create an unlimited number of derived works using The Product. A Developer Subscription must be purchased for each developer utilizing The Product to create derived works. A Developer Small Business Subscription allows deployment of any number of derived works, not including Software as a Service ("SaaS"), utilizing The Product, to one (1) physical location. Includes free hot fixes for 1 year and free technical support for 1 year.

A Developer OEM Subscription must be purchased for each developer utilizing The Product to create derived works. A Developer OEM Subscription allows royalty-free deployment of any number of derived works, including SaaS, utilizing The Product, to unlimited physical locations. Includes free hot fixes for 1 year and free technical support for 1 year.

Site Small Business License - A Site Small Business Subscription licenses up to ten (10) developers to create an unlimited number of derived works using The Product. A Site Small Business Subscription allows deployment of any number of derived works, not including SaaS, utilizing The Product, at up to ten (10) physical locations. Includes free hot fixes for 1 year and free technical support for 1 year.

Site OEM License - A Site OEM Subscription licenses up to ten (10) developers to create an unlimited number of derived works using The Product. A Site OEM Subscription allows royalty-free deployment of any number of derived works, including SaaS, utilizing The Product, to unlimited physical locations. Includes free hot fixes for 1 year and free technical support for 1 year.

Using Priority Support will guarantee your issue will get an initial response within 12 hours of it being raised, this does not guarantee a complete resolution will be available within this timescale. If a simple fix can be delivered then this will be issued, hotfixes will take longer and will be provided in consultation with the customer, when a larger fix is required this will be prioritised and fed into normal product development by our development teams but no guarantee can be made to the delivery date of the fix. Hotfixes and feature requests, if supplied, will only be built upon the latest version of the product in question, versions other than the latest version of the software will not be supported in this way. Once purchased, access to the Priority Support forum will be limited to the account which the subscription was purchased under, at this time no other accounts can be associated with a Priority Support purchase. This service is subject to a fair usage policy of 24 issues being raised in any 365 day period.
