Termini licenza

Chart FX Gauges for Java includes several components for development and deployment on Java application servers. For more information please view the entire Chart FX Gauges for Java License Agreement on the 'Evals and Downloads' Section of this page.

• Development
  Chart FX Gauges for Java includes a Designer for use on any computer or workstation in your organization and for development purposes only. You may not redistribute the Designer components in more than one site or location.
  
  
• Testing
  The Chart FX Gauges for Java Test/Development Server may only be used on one and the same server. You may use the Test/Development Server software for the sole purpose of designing, developing and testing your product(s).
  
  
• Deployment
  When used in a Java application, Chart FX Gauges for Java is licensed on a per-server basis for deployment, regardless the number of processors (CPU's) in that server. The basic package includes one (1) License for deployment on a Production Server.
  
  
• OEM Integration
  If you need to integrate Chart FX Gauges for Java as part of your application, you need to provide a License per each production server in which Chart FX Gauges for Java is installed.
