One software license is required per developer.
Run-time royalty free.
Two separate downloads are included, one for .NET Framework V2.0 and higher ( i.e Visual Studio 2005 or Visual Studio 2008) and another for the .NET Framework V1.x.

This License Grants you no rights to the 2007 Microsoft Office User Interface. Please note that in order to use the 2007 Microsoft Office User Interface, you will need to register with Microsoft and obtain a free license. This product is sold on a Subscription basis. The subscription entitles you to updates each quarter for this product up to one year after purchase. Your subscription starts the moment you purchase the product and will expire one year later at midnight 1 day previous to the date purchased. For example if you purchase at 16:00 on 04/05/2004 then your subscription will expire at 23:59 on 03/05/2005. This is from DATE OF PURCHASE, and not DATE OF REGISTRATION. If you wish to continue to receive updates for this product you will need to renew (or repurchase) your subscription.
