Create professional barcode applications. dBarcode-2D Developers Kit is a set of components for barcoding that enables you to set the code and image parameters from within your application. Supports Aztec, DataMatrix, Maxicode, MicroPDF, PDF417, RSS, Code 49 and Code 16k. Includes an Active DLL, Delphi components (based on TImage) for Delphi 5/6/7, and OLE-2 an server for 2D barcodes.

Active DLL allows one component to be used for both on-form-control use in Visual Basic and MS Access, and to handle standard DLL calls from C/C++ to create, view/print, copy and save barcode images. Right-click access to barcode property pages from forms. Property dialog available from C/C++. [The dBarcode-2D Developers Kit does not support 1D barcodes].

Suitable for use with Visual Basic-4 or later, VBA and Visual C/C++
dBarcode-2D Developers kit includes an Active DLL and full instructions for writing your own barcode applications in Microsoft Visual Basic, VBA or C/C++. An OLE-2 server for OLE-enabled Windows applications
Each unit enables the developer to set the code data, code type, size, mode, security level, orientation, background and foreground colors all from within their application
Supports Aztec, Code 16k, Code 49, DataMatrix, MaxiCode, PDF417 (including MicroPDF) and RSS schemes
Each unit generates both a pattern string# for bars and spaces and a metafile picture or bitmap containing the barcode image. The picture may be displayed, printed, saved or passed to the clipboard by the user's code
Source code for demonstration applications in VB6, Visual C/C++ 6, Visual Studio.NET and Delphi 6/7 included

System requirements
Stand-alone program can copy barcode image to clipboard or save image as file (.WMF, PCX, BMP, EPS). OLE-2 Embedded Server, In-Place Server and Automation facilities require an OLE-2 compatible client application (such as Word) or Visual Basic 4.0 or later. Calling DLL unit requires Microsoft Visual Basic-4 or VBA (e.g. Access 97), Visual C/C++ or compatible Windows development system. Delphi component require Delphi 5 or later.
