Insert barcodes into OLE-enabled applications. dBarcode Pro enables you to create fully resizeable barcode images for most common 1D barcode types for placing in your Windows applications. Create the image in dBarcode and copy it to the clipboard ready for pasting into other applications - or save it as a graphic file (WMF, BMP, EPS, GIF, JPG, PCX, PNG or TIF) for loading into other applications. Allows the use of enhanced metafiles to improve the quality of the image. Or choose Insert Object within your OLE application (eg. Word, Excel, Access, etc.) and choose dBarcode-1D Image object from the list of objects to insert a barcode. Ideal for use with Crystal Reports Designer Component for VB6.

The Professional version of this new release includes the ability to create barcode images in a wide variety of graphics formats, including: BMP, EPS, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TIFF and WMF and for generating batches of images from data in a text file. The Pro version can act as an OLE server and so be called from suitable programming languages, and may be used to insert objects into many applications (such as MS Office applications).

With dLSoft's dBarcode Standard version:

With dLSoft's dBarcode Pro version

• As with Standard version above, or
• Choose Insert Object within your 32 bit OLE application (eg. Word for Windows, Excel, Access, CorelDRAW, etc.) and choose dBarcode object from the list of objects. dBarcode-32 Pro supports In-Pace editing, or
• Create the image using Visual Basic's CreateObjectcommand and set all the barcode parameters with simple Basic commands

Features

• Supports over 40 common barcode types
• Checkdigits may be calculated automatically and shown or hidden (for codetypes which permit this)
• Barcodes may be rotated left or right or inverted. (TrueType or compatible fonts required for text rotation)
• Margin indicators and bearer bars may be turned on/off for codes which support these items. Bar width control for wet-ink printing allows 0 - 50% width reduction
• Font properties, bar colour and background colour may be user selected
• Nominal size option for codes which specify a nominal (100%) size
