Hi, i need to know if "dBarcode 2000" can code a picture

In short the answer is No, dBarcode-2000 can't encode pictures.
The dBarcode-2D Developers Kit provides developers tools which can be used for encoding pictures, and several users have done this. However, there are a number of points to bear in mind:
1. The maximum size for 2D barcodes is limited, so the picture will need to be quite small and compressed.
2. In our experience a serial port scanner is required to scan in the data, because keyboard wedge scanners and some USB scanners do not pass all 256 byte values.
