Hello

I am using SuperTooltip of DevComponents.DotNetBar version 7.2.0.3 for a PictureBox.

When the Image property of PictureBox is set, I show the real size of the image loaded in PictureBox in the SuperTooltip.

The question is when I load the PictureBox from a MemoryStream that is obtained from a DataTable field as a byte array, it works well but if I use a file to load the PictureBox, SuperTooltip object does not show the image correctly! It seems it looses the width and height of the image! The cropped image is even drawn on the footer of the tooltip!

Please help me.

I should note that the container form's RightToLeft property is Yes. I am not sure if it is related to the subject or not.

Hi.

I'm trying to use the renderer property in the monthcalendar, but I don't have a clue how to code it. I've tried to look on the net, but no luck.

Can anybody help me? Some code example wouldn't hurt either :)

Localization on 'super tooltips' do not seem to be working properly, using DotNetToolbar2, v6.2.0.0. Even though I can add super tooltips of another language, they do not show up at run time. It does how localized text on the buttons for which suprt tooltips have to be shown in the other language.

We are using DotNetBar to control a grid in a self developed inhouse application.

When you use the Combobox on the DotNetBar, the textChanged event is not working.

Even if the text is actually changed, the event is never called.

--- Do you have a fix for that bug... ? We need a fix for that bug really fast.

Good Day,
I am using DotNetBar2 in my company and havea question in mind. Out framework uses components from DotNetBar and when the application changes themes (color) The remaining
default controls provided by VS does not changed accordingly ( except for dotnetbar controls). How do I change their colors the same as the dotnetbar controls in the form? Thanks.

I was excited to see all the features this suite has for the price, but once I started using the DotNetBarManger in VS 2005, I was disappointed. It forces you to use a seperate editor for placing controls into the manager. This should all be done through the windows forms designer, just like it is done with the SandDock and SandBar Managers from divil. The DotNetBar Manager should simply behave as a container for other controls, allow control of their placement and common properties like visual theme etc, but allow the contained controls to exist as their own controls on the form so they can be edited by the windows forms designer and property grid. There is no reason to force developers to go into a seperate, awkward, unfamiliar editor.
DotNetBar has focused geatly on the controls appeal and functionality, but has made poor choice on their design time support. The days of seperate pop-up editors is an old approach from activex controls back in the Visual Studio 5/6, but the modern way to do it in Visual Studio 2005 is to allow the windows form designer to do the editing and designing, thus brining a more consistent experience to the developer.

I use the context menu feature of the DOTNETBAR. In the popupmenu i display a long path for a certain document. When the path length is longer than the screen width, the text shown as popupmenu is not word wrapped. Is there any property i can set for the DOTNETBAR by which the context menu (popupmenu) gets word wrapped by itself.

Hi,

dockable windows:

Is it possible to expand the dockable windows across the intire form?.. There's a padding space or something like that between the form and the docking window when we resize it
