Fast string, stream and file encryption. Component Designs ezCrypto .NET component is a quick and easy way to add file, string and stream encryption to your VB.NET or C# winform applications. Supports RC2, Rijndael (AES), Triple DES and Blowfish (Blowfish can use a 448 bit key), Synchronous and Asynchronous methods as well as Asynchronous abort methods, Percent Complete and Completed events for multithreaded encryption, PersistentStream feature leaves network and other special streams open after encryption / decryption is completed, support ASCII and Unicode strings, unique methods for strings, files and streams, optional Password Validation event, notifies user if incorrect decryption password was used, CRC32 and Adler32 checksum toolkit routines included.  Visual Studio .NET 2003, Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 compatible. ezCrypto .NET works with both WinForms (VB.NET/C#) and WebForms (ASP.NET, ASPX)

ezCrypto .NET was created to ease .NET encryption. ezCrypto adds an additional encryption method Blowfish. Using ezCrypto .NET you don’t need to worry about Hash algorithms, Key Size or even Initialization Vectors.
