The kit provides a versatile way to create Databar barcodes from within any application written in a programming language that supports accessing a DLL, OCX or .NET component. The Barcode 1D and 2D font kits have been updated to provide full Unicode compatibility for the DLLs and the OCXs. In addition to providing easier programming with non-western computers, the updated versions now allow Aztec, Datamatrix, PDF417 and QR Code symbols to be created using non-western character sets - such as Korean, Chinese, Arabic, etc. (The original ANSI libraries are also included in the distributions)

The GS1 Databar Font Kit is kit containing fonts and a number of components to allow GS1 Databar symbols to be created and displayed or printed from within a variety of programmable environments.
