I have been trying to install Rational ClearQuest 7.1.1 on windows Server 2003 SP2. Near the end of installation Error occurs saying Installation Failed. THe provided log says "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation", Can somebody help me to resolve the issue. I

I also have downloaded MS KB925336.
Windows 2K3 server is on VM running on dedicated machine...
