Exchange Wizard - Exchange Wizard ensures effortless collaboration among managers, translators and your QA team. This tool allows you to prepare and send a localization kit to team members and then integrate results into the project. First, a manager uses the Exchange Wizard to create a localization kit. The localization kit is composed of a project file and/or a project file with Lingobit Localizer Translator. As this project file includes all the information translator need, it is not necessary to send source code to translator. The Free Lingobit Localizer Translator radically reduces license fees and prevents the translator or tester from unintentionally changing non-localizable or protected resources.

Translators work in the free Lingobit Localizer Translator - When the localization manager receives a translated localization kit from the translator, he uses the Exchange Wizard to integrate it into the project. Lingobit Localizer automatically synchronizes changes and you don't have to stop development waiting for translation to complete.

• How it works - Scan for Changes compares two versions of resources (from the previous release and the new one) and detects new, changed, removed and equal elements. It copies translations for equal and changed resources, removes translations of missing elements. So you should only translate new elements and check translations of changed elements. These elements can be easily found by status: when only approximate competence can be done, elements get “Updated” status while new elements from the most recent release get “New” status. After checking “Updated” elements and translating “New” elements, you are ready to distribute new localized release.
