licensing system of all products have been changed and much improved. No issues exists now. There is also a source code version available for purchase.

If you want to use this NicePanel by itself, then overall it is a pretty good product. But big problems happen if you use it with PureComponents Treeview or Navigator products. NicePanel will constantly display a nag screen no matter what you do. The tech support on their web site is totally useless. Posts go unanswered for weeks or never get answered at all. Paying customers are stuck with supporting each other. For developers who are trying to package applications for their own customers, you might want to wait until PureCompenents gets their act together with their component licensing.
