Intelligent alerts in the GUI and by emailmean you're not bombarded with notifications about the same alert, should the problem persist. You can also customize the threshold or criteria that trigger an alert, so you are notified when it matters most to you
Configure alerts to be sent to individual and group email addresses for specific alert types
Create views to quickly investigate servers or problems you need to monitor more frequently.
Ignore specific types of alerts, jobs, disks and databasesto ensure you receive the alerts and have just the information you need most

Clear alerts once they have been resolved. All cleared alerts retain information for future reference for a default of six months. You can also configure cleared alerts to be retained from a minimum of one day up to a year

SQL Response supports SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008.

Support

Purchasing a support contract provides you with free upgrades as well as support.

Upgrades - For the duration of the support contract you will not need to pay for upgrades.
Support - For the duration of the support contract, you will receive support on the use of the products by email and, if necessary, by telephone or video conference.
