can we change the look and feel of the default components?
basically can we change the themes to change the color and looks of the components?
if yes then how to do it?

The answer is yes, you can.
The demonstration application has examples of how to change to several different packaged looks and feels for the product.
In addition, the developer can take fine-grained control over the drawing in order to completely change how the product looks, if they wish.
