My experiences with them have been great so far. The version is now 3.5, and they've done they're best improving their software. Telerik's staff has lately "eaten it's own dog food", and I've been awaiting it's case study.

They state that they've improved it while using it for their own official web site which turned out to be an awesome design upgrade from their end. I would trust they'll put what they've learned and put their solutions into their next released version.

Their API is quite extensive, and they do have great documentation of it, and other documentation of Sitefinity itself from it's core to the end-users. Visual Studio 2008 is great with Sitefinity, and if you know ASP.NET 2.0, and C#, you can create modules, themes/skins, and everything else for Sitefinity very well and easily. This includes their award-winning ASP.NET, and ASP.NET AJAX controls that put Telerik on the map for developers.

There are no feature feedback I can think of right now that I can comment on negatively.

Overall, no wonder it's been given so many awards from CMSWatch, and other well-known web sites. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to allow their develepors to create applications easily, and well.
