Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) Requirements - Certain elective features in Stylus Studio require that you have installed the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) 1.4.2 or greater. These features include:

Mark Logic XQuery Engine
Xerces-J XSLT Engine
Xerces-J Validator
SQL/XML
DB-to-XML Data Sources*
Custom File Systems
WSCC Axis client
Adapters accessed via URL
Java editor Sense:X

* Note: The drivers that provide database connectivity require the optional JRE Support for Additional Languages module. You can verify whether or not this module has been installed by checking your JRE for this file: charsets.jar.
