I highly recommend TurboDemo. The product works as advertised, is easy to use, and works better than the competitors I tried. My entire e-Learning team uses the product on a variety of training, website and knowledge management solutions.

The only thing that surpasses the product quality is the customer service. In an age where software customer service is unheard of, or expensive, the TurboDemo team excels as a leader in this very important aspect. They made a special trip to my Boeing facility to give my team a free 3 hour workshop on how to use TurboDemo.

Also, the few times I've needed to call them for technical support, I get a real person right away, who works with me over the phone until it's resolved.

Lufthansa; In order to offer good customer service, it is very important and necessary to keep employees updated and trained on new and existing applications.
TurboDemo allows our training department to generate tutorials quickly and allows us a simple solution to inform our employees with more effective training to keep improving the quality of our help desk employees.

One of the reasons we chose TurboDemo was the new network option, which allows us to launch the software from a CD or the network without any installation. We are very glad, that Bernard D&G added this feature for Lufthansa in TurboDemo

TurboDemo - It is the easiest demo development package I have ever seen, and the instructions are easy to follow making it a breeze to integrate your demos into your existing web pages. It's idiot-proof.

Over the years I have looked at several different e-Learning tools -- tools and systems that enable you to create multimedia presentations, narrated desktop movies, animated software tutorials, and online courseware.
Recently, I have evaluated Turbo Demo, and I am happy to say it is one of the easiest tools in the e-Learning genre I have seen, yet it is very powerful.
