Create high-quality installations in .MSI format. Wise Installation Express is a basic installation tool that only supports Windows Installer (.MSI) technology. It also includes Microsoft Vista support, 64-bit installations support and SQL Server configuration support. Microsoft .NET Framework support enables you to create bootstrap installations that pre-install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 before installing the application. You can also create your own validation rules for testing and the one-touch Test button allows you to perform a test run without initiating changes to your development computer.

Wise Installation Express includes new editors for creating and editing virtual packages and packages for mobile devices:

• Windows Installer Editor - Create and edit Windows Installer (.MSI) installation packages
• Wise Mobile Devices Editor - Create a project file in .INF format and compile it to one or more .CAB files that install a mobile device application

Language Pack

You can translate the default dialogs in an installation into any languages. Windows Installer Editor contains 5 pre-translated languages in addition to English; the optional Language Pack contains translations for 20 additional languages.
