Each copy is licensed on a per developer basis. A developer may use the license on multiple CPUs as long as they are not used concurrently nor used by another developer. Run-time royalty free.

Excerpt from the Infragistics Software License Agreement:
"The SOFTWARE is licensed per individual developer. You may make copies on more than one computer, as long as the use of the SOFTWARE is by the same developer. If you have purchased a "multi-pack" license, you may use a copy of the SOFTWARE identified in the multi-pack on the number of computers associated with the multi-pack (e.g., a five user multi-pack allows you to use the SOFTWARE on up to five computers concurrently or by five different developers, the ten user multi-pack on up to ten computers concurrently or by ten different developers)."

When you buy Infragistics NetAdvantage .NET - 1 Developer Subscription license you may use Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET on your laptop computer and on your desktop computer, as long as Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET is not used on the laptop and desktop computers concurrently. If you need to use the software concurrently on both the laptop and the desktop computer, then 2 licenses are required. A team of 4 developers using Infragistics NetAdvantage NET will need to buy 4 licenses as 1 license is required per developer using the product. You are be able to distribute the applications you create with Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET free of charge, as Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET is Run-time Royalty Free.

Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET Subscription Explanation
Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET also includes a 1 Year Subscription. When you purchase a Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET License the price includes a convenient way to ensure that you are always using the latest versions of Infragistics components. Your NetAdvantage for .NET purchase entitles subscribers to automatically receive all major NetAdvantage for .NET upgrades (full version releases), new products added to NetAdvantage for .NET and minor updates (enhancements and service patches) for the period of one year.

Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET Renewals
Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET Renewal pricing varies depending on when you renew your NetAdvantage for .NET subscription.

For renewals that are purchased during a month prior to your Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET Subscription expiration, discount is available; and should you renew your Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET the month your service expires, no discount is available.

For example, If your NetAdvantage for .NET Subscription expires in the month of March,

- you can order  the 90 Day Early Bird NetAdvantage for .NET Renewal any time before or up to the end of January

- you can order  the 60 Day Early Bird NetAdvantage for .NET Renewal any time during the month of February.

You are allowed to order a late Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET renewal until the release of a new version and provided they are on the latest version as part of their Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET subscription. Please note that the standard renewal option and the late renewal must be purchased to qualify.

For example if the current version is Volume 2 and your Infragistics for .NET Subscription expired on July 6th 2009, you can renew up until Infragistics release Volume 3 by paying the standard renewal fee and the late renewal fee.

Infragistics NetAdvantage for .NET Upgrades
You can upgrade to NetAdvantage for .NET from a current NetAdvantage for ASP.NET, Windows Forms,  NetAdvantage for WPF Line of Business or NetAdvantage for WPF Silverlight Line of Business and also from a NetAdvantage Select, Web Client or Win Client 2010 Volume 2. Please, note that your NetAdvantage for .NET subscription retains it's original expiration date.

You can also order an NetAdvantage for .NET Upgrade if your individual Infragistics NetAdvantage Subscription has expired in the past year (past year is defined as from the current date)
