"The SOFTWARE is licensed per individual developer. You may make copies on more than one computer, as long as the use of the SOFTWARE is by the same developer. A team of 4 developers using Infragistics NetAdvantage Windows Forms will need to buy 4 licenses as 1 license is required per developer using the product. You are be able to distribute the applications you create with Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms free of charge, as Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms is Run-time Royalty Free.

Infragistics NetAdvantage WinForms also includes a 1 Year Subscription. When you purchase a Infragistics NetAdvantage WinForms License the price includes a convenient way to ensure that you are always using the latest versions of Infragistics components. Your NetAdvantage WinForms purchase entitles subscribers to automatically receive all major NetAdvantage WinForms upgrades (full version releases), new products added to NetAdvantage WinForms and minor updates (enhancements and service patches) for the period of one year.

Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms Renewal pricing varies depending on when you renew your NetAdvantage for Windows Forms subscription.

For renewals that are purchased during a month prior to your Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms Subscription expiration, discount is available; and should you renew your Infragistics NetAdvantage for Windows Forms the month your service expires, no discount is available.

For example, If your NetAdvantage Windows Forms Subscription expires in the month of March,

You can order an NetAdvantage for Windows Forms Upgrade from any Infragistics NetAdvantage product with a subscription that has expired in the past year (past year is defined as from the current date)
