For design / development - KDCalc Designer is licensed per designer / developer. Each Developer who writes code that will directly or indirectly call the KDCalc Engine must obtain a KDCalc Designer license. Each business user who maintains spreadsheets that are compiled must obtain a KDCalc Designer license. A Licensee is not permitted to compile spreadsheets for other persons unless the other persons also have properly obtained licenses. For individual deployment - KDCalc Engine is royalty-free for deployment in single-user, interactive applications that execute in individual personal computer environments, such as stand-alone applications or applets in a web browser. For server deployment - KDCalc Engine server edition is licensed per CPU for deployment in applications that execute in server environments such as Web Services, EJBs, JSPs, ASP.NET, Web Application Servers, and batch data processing systems. Batch data processing applications are considered to be server systems even if they execute on individual workstations. Each CPU on servers that execute the KDCalc Java Engine requires a KDCalc Java Server CPU License. Each CPU on servers that execute the KDCalc .NET Engine requires a KDCalc .NET Server CPU License. End users of such server systems are royalty-free. For embedded systems deployment - KDCalc Engine Embedded Edition is licensed per application for deployment in applications that execute in embedded systems environments such as PDAs, embedded microprocessors, cell phones, etc. Subscription License - entitles you to receive all updates for one year at no extra charge.
