I get all their new products and upgrades for free with my developer subscription license. Their support team has always responded within a few hours and has generally resolved the issues. We are a financial services firm. We found this tool to be the best for our needs - 3D charts. Support is quite good despite the fact that there's an 8 hour time difference. Bugs are being fixed soon enough.
