Office 2010 Visual Style
Support for Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework client profiles: Janus controls can now be used in projects targeting .Net Framework client profiles.
Support for multiple cell selection: MultipleCellSelection option is now available for SelectionMode property. When this option is selected, user can select multiple cells in the control like in a excel spreadsheet. To retrieve in code which cells are added you can use GridEX.SelectedCells property that returns a collection of selected cells in the control.
ButtonEnabled property in GridEXCell allows you to enable/disable buttons in individual cells.
ButtonStyle property in GridEXCell allows you to have different buttons styles in cells from the same column.
CellDisplayType property in GridEXCell allows you to have different display types for cells in the same column. With this property, you now can have text, image or checkboxes cells under the same column.
EditType property in GridEXCell allows you to have different edit types for cells in the same column. With this property you now can have cells that can be edited as text, combo or as a checkbox under the same column.
Enabled property in GridEXCell allows you to enable/disable individual cells in the control.
ValueList property in GridEXCell allows you to define a valuelist for value replacement and or as the source for the dropdown in a combo editor on each cell.
TreeCollapseGlyph and TreeExpandGlyph properties allows you to customize the expand/collapse images in the control.

Secondary Axis Charts
Secondary axis are useful when you need to display a series of data that values the greatly differ from each other or you might use a secondary axis when displaying two series of data with different data type (i.e. price and quantity). In both of these cases you can plot each of the series on a secondary axis so that they can both be seen in the same view. Displaying both the secondary x and y axis can be useful if making a scatter chart.
Zooming and Scrolling
The chart control allows you to zoom and scroll charts. This makes it easy to see data points in a chart that has thousands of points. To zoom, simply make sure the chart has focus and then use the mouse wheel.
Multiple Diagram Support
Multiple Diagram Charts are charts that have multiple regions which compare similar data sets side by side (in separate panels) rather than right on top of each other. The chart by default has one diagram that you don't have to add. This is the diagram that is worked with when adding a series. The chart can however contain multiple diagrams in the same view.
Chart Builder Tool
Using the supplied Chart Builder tool you can build your charts using a WYSIWYG editor to customize the colors, etc. and export them to an XML file that can then be loaded into the chart control.
Line Styles
Any element that draws a line can use the supplied line styles to draw a dashed style line and set it's thickness.
Markup Title Support
The chart can contain multiple sets of titles that can be docked to the top, bottom, left or right of the chart. You can also stack multiple titles to the same docking location. In addition to normal text, titles can contain XML Markup snippets to format the title's text.

Chart creation in XMLSpy 2011 brings a whole new dimension to working with XML data. XMLSpy 2011 makes it easy to create eye-catching, compelling charts for displaying XML data. Now you can visualize and analyze numerical XML data - and XBRL data - directly inside XMLSpy with just a few clicks. No more exporting to Excel. The following types of charts are available: 2D & 3D pie charts, 2D & 3D bar charts, category line graphs, value line graphs and gauge charts. You can create up to nine different charts on the available tabs in the Output Window, and you can save each as a custom-sized image file with just a click or print it directly from XMLSpy. Validation of SOAP against WSDL (Enterprise only)

Schema flattener (Enterprise and Professional only)
The new Schema Flattener in XMLSpy 2011 allows schema designers to write all the dependent files that are included in a schema into one file. This way, you can use the flattened schema without having to rely on a network connection to access the required files. This could be especially important when shipping a schema within an application.
Creation of schema from subset (Enterprise and Professional only)
In addition to flattening schemas, XMLSpy 2011 allows you to create a schema from a subset of a larger schema. Many schemas are quite large and contain more types and elements than are required for a particular application or information exchange. Furthermore, the larger a schema is, the longer loading and validation may take. The ability to create a new schema from a subset means a developer can select some global elements or types from a large schema to create a smaller one, using just the elements required. This feature is especially useful for working with NIEM information exchanges, but has also been requested by other users for a variety of applications.

Version 3.0 adds support for multitasking, Apple iAd, CoreMotion, CoreTelephony, high resolution APIs and more.

MonoTouch from Novell is a software development kit that contains a suite of compilers, libraries and tools for integrating with Apple's iPhone SDK. MonoTouch includes Microsoft .NET base class libraries along with managed libraries for taking advantage of native iPhone APIs. Also included is a cross-compiler that can be used for turning .NET executable files and libraries directly into native applications for distribution on the Apple Apps Store or for deployment to enterprise iPhone users. In addition, Xcode integration enables application developers to test on the device or in Apple's iPhone Simulator and ship applications to the Apple Apps Store for distribution.

MonoTouch 3.0 introduces support for Apple's iPhone 4 SDK and supports iOS 4 (iPhone and iPod devices), iPhoneOS 3.2 (iPad), iPhoneOS 3.0 (iPhone and iPod devices).

Multitasking
MonoTouch 3.0 supports all the new APIs to allow your application to multi-task on iOS 4.0. As part of this effort, Novell introduced bindings to Grand Central Dispatch (see the class MonoTouch.CoreFoundation.Dispatch). Multitasking support builds also on top of the new binding to the Blocks API.

Quick Look Framework
This new API has been bound allowing your application to preview the contents of foreign file formats. The APIs are available in MonoTouch.QuickLook.
AVFoundation
The AVFoundation framework gives developers more fine grainer control over music and video playback and with iOS 4.0 it got a significant boost in terms of functionality. The new classes are available under MonoTouch.AVFoundation.
Transparent access to the Blocks API
For those familiar with both Objective-C and C# we mapped C# delegates and lambdas into Objective-C blocks, so all the new blocks-based API is available to developers. Developers in C# can continue to use lambda functions as well as anonymous methods, and those will be transparently exposed to Objective-C as Objective-C blocks.
Grand Central Dispatch
This task queue management system is used in iPhone OS and MonoTouch now exposes these APIs for application developers to use.
Accelerate Framework
This API is a flat C API and is only available to developers by manually using P/Invoke to call into these routines. No object-oriented binding has been provided for it.
UIKit and UI Improvements
All of the improvements that Apple introduced in iOS 4.0 for UIKit are exposed in MonoTouch 3.0, this includes the new multi-tasking methods in UIApplicationDelegate as well as its support for scheduling local notifications.
Multithreading improvements
In iOS4 it is possible to use a graphics context (MonoTouch.CoreGraphics.CGContext) in a multi-threaded application. Access to UIImage, UIColor and UIFont is now also thread safe.
Block Animations
The new Block-animation APIs in UIView which provide various callbacks for custom animations are exposed in the API. Blocks in the UIView are merely C# instances of NSAction, so you can just use delegates, anonymous methods or lambda functions as your block values.
Font Smoothing Support
CoreGraphics now supports fine grained control of font smoothing in MonoTouch.CoreGraphics.CGContext.
MessageUI
The new MFMessageComposeViewController now supports a compositing tool for SMS messages without leaving your application.
MapKit
Map overlays and draggable map annotations are now supported.
Foundation Bindings
Many new Foundation APIs were introduced with iOS 4.0, these have been bound.
GameKit
All the new APIs from GameKit (MonoTouch.GameKit) have been added.
