Features

The product's main ZipWriter and ZipReader classes use any seekable or non-seekable Stream-based object as the target or source Zip archive, respectively, for complete flexibility and "on-the-fly" compression/decompression.
Lightweight libraries.
Creation of Zip archives begins as soon as data to compress has been received: no waiting for all of the files, or even for complete files. It does not need to know in advance the number or size of files.
Zip archives can be immediately sent over a network as soon as the creation process has begun, and the remainder of the archive becomes available as it is compressed.
Secure: Because no temporary files are used while creating a Zip file, there is less chance of unauthorized access or modification of files during the Zip creation process.
Archived files are extracted and available instantly for further processing by the application even if the component is still receiving the Zip archive.

DataGrid for Silverlight adds fixed group headers and footers, 14 statistical functions and improves Blend support.

Xceed Ultimate Suite offers both UI tools for application front-ends and data handling libraries for application back-ends providing high quality extensible controls including grids, charts, UI, Zip, FTP, and encryption as well as networking libraries. No external dependencies. Xceed Ultimate Suite Blueprint Edition includes the fully commented C# source code to all the .NET and Silverlight components included in the Xceed Ultimate Suite.

Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight

Fixed group headers and footers have been added - These allow developers to incorporate sections of "must-see" information into each group, which remain visible at all times, including when the containing group is collapsed
Also, 14 statistical functions, which are natural candidates for display in the fixed group headers/footers, have been added.
Blend support has been greatly improved to let designers take full advantage of the product
Custom data sources are now easier to implement, and support for SQL databases and remote lists has been added.
