| We offer an additional ESD Service that allows you to use our eCommerce technology platform to run your own eShop within your own Web site. This is a managed ESD Service and ComponentSource takes care of all aspects of product testing, loading, pricing and updates. We also take care of all your global customer care issues using our multi-lingual Customer Service teams in Atlanta, GA, Reading, England and Tokyo, Japan. Many of you may be finding that your current service provider is asking you to pay increased fees to use their eCommerce solution. You can use our ESD Service now and we only charge a flat 6% transaction fee in the first year that you use our service. This offer is available until 31st Dec 2006 only and we will no longer be offering it after that date. So now is the best time to visit our ESD Service and download the ESD Service Agreement, sign it and fax it back to us before Dec 31st 2006. | Our Financial Year (FY) end falls on October 31st each year and we are delighted to say that FY 2006 was once again a record year for both sales and profits at ComponentSource. We thank you all for your continued support and we hope that you too have seen strong sales in 2006. We can certainly see that the regular payments flowing out to our publishers each month have been rising in 2006, so hopefully you have noticed this growth too. Better still is that we have got off to a flying start to FY 2007 - with November 2006 once again breaking our previous record sales month set back in August 2006 by a massive 15%! Year on year sales were 46% up on our sales for the previous November back in 2005 - with Europe & Asia/Pac doing particularly well and North America busy too considering it was the Thanksgiving break. So the market appears to be very healthy as we await the arrival of Vista and .NET Framework 3.0 and we are looking forward to helping you all grow your sales globally in 2007.
