2010 has been a record year for sales here at ComponentSource - in tough economic conditions, we have continued to grow globally. Thank you for your support - we hope you too have seen an increase in your sales with us! Here are some highlights from the year in review: In Q1 we announced that we won a new 5 year GSA Schedule contract extension until December 2014. If you don't know what this is - a GSA Schedule helps you sell products more easily to US Govt customers - so we can help boost your sales to Govt customers in the US. Plus we handed out our annual ComponentSource Awards to our leading partners and products - watch for the 2011 awards in Q1 2011. In Q2 Visual Studio 2010 was launched and with it we too launched a new product store, to show and highlight new products that were compatible with Visual Studio 2010. We followed this with the launch of 2 new product stores to highlight new products that are compatible with SharePoint and SQL Server - we now have over 250 SQL Server products and over 100 products for SharePoint. Q3 saw us continue our efforts to increase our marketing, with additional marketing campaigns launched in the US, the UK, French & German markets. We also launched a new campaign in Japan - which has helped us significantly in the well established Japanese marketplace. We feel that this increased marketing effort has enabled us to continue to grow in difficult business conditions. In Q4 we celebrated our 15th Birthday in October and in late November we launched a new Web site for our Brazilian customers, with full Portuguese language support, as well as Brazilian Real pricing, Brazilian toll free numbers and customer services personnel who speak Portuguese - to provide our full level of service to our Brazilian customers on live chat, by email and on the phone.
